XLerate - About Us

What is XLerate?

XLerate is run exclusively for first year students to ease the transition into university and the School of Business and Economics. The sole purpose of this student-driven club is to help each student maintain a balance of academic success, community involvement and social development.

XL hosts various events throughout the year, all of which are perfect networking opportunities to meet other first year students. Some of the events include:

- BU111 and BU121 Quizbowls
-Weekly Dodgeball Intramurals
-Co-op Seminar
-Member Socials
-Volunteer Outings around the Waterloo community
-Annual Case Conference
